Well, we finally got around to taking photos of a design project from a while back! This client is a good friend of mine. He called me and was interested in making some updates to his bachelor pad. We selected new paint colors for the entire house, updated furniture, lighting, pillows, and bedding. We added modern elements and clean lines, while incorporating some existing antiques and artwork. Take a look… I should also note, as soon as we finished up with this project, our client met the woman of his dreams and they were recently married! The room below used to be a formal dining room that was rarely used. We created a sitting area/music room. The corner cabinet was a basic white cabinet from Pottery Barn. By adding mirrors to the shelves and changing the hardware, we completely updated the look of this piece.
