One of our latest display beds at the shop features Matouk’s Gordian Knot collection. The pale gray embroidery works well with so many colors and would be stunning on a bed in a beach house! John Robshaw linens would be another great choice for beach beds. The textures, patterns and vibrant colors in his line are perfect for the casual beach look. Matouk offers a great selection of cotton/poly blend coverlets and duvet covers that are great for the beach. Toss them in the washer and dryer and you are good to go! When selecting linens for a bed, one of our favorite starting points is beginning the process with white or ivory linens for the basics and adding the color in the accents (pillows, lamps, wall color, headboard). This keeps it simple, serene and easy to update down the road! Here are just a few… White bedding is also great at camouflaging the yellow dog hair…ahhh.
